摘要
“食品分析实验”是一门应用性很强的课程。通过教学方式改革、优化实验大纲、设置综合性实验等几个方面的教学改革,可提高学生的实践动手能力,调动学生学习和实验的积极性,激发学生的创新思维,为社会培养更高层次的应用型人才。
Food Analysis Experiment is a very applicable course.In this paper,through the reform of teaching methods,optimization of experimental syllabus,setting up comprehensive experiments and other aspects of teaching reform,it could improve students'practical ability,mobilize students'enthusiasm for study and experiment,and stimulate students'innovative thinking.Cultivate higher-level applied talents for society.
