配变多功能通用罐式储油释压指示器的研究与应用

Research and Application of Multifunctional General Tank Type Oil Storage and Pressure Relief Indicator for Distribution Transformer

当前电力系统投入运行的配电变压器95%以上均为型号为S9~S11的10 kV油浸式全密封变压器;这类变压器均采用YW型系列管式油位指示计,该指示计无储油及防雨裙,无法及时保证变压器油箱内经常满油及防潮,其设计缺陷已经成为10 k V配电变压器大量烧坏的主要因素之一;通过对配变多功能通用型罐式储油释压油位指示计的研究,对于提高电力系统配变安全运行稳定性,降低配变烧坏风险具有极大的促进意义。

At present,more than 95%of the distribution transformers put into operation in the power system are 10 kV oil immersed fully sealed transformers with model S9-S11;YW series tubular oil level indicator is adopted for this kind of transformer.The indicator has no oil storage and rainproof skirt,which can not timely ensure that the transformer oil tank is often full of oil and moisture-proof.Its design defect has become one of the main factors for a large number of burnout of 10 kV distribution transformer;Through the research on the multi-functional and universal tank oil storage and pressure relief oil level indicator of distribution transformer,it is of great significance to improve the safe operation stability of power system distribution transformer and reduce the burning risk of distribution transformer.
