摘要
好氧颗粒污泥因其卓越的沉降性能,生物量大,污染物去除能力强,耐冲击负荷,对有毒有害物质的耐受性强等,被看作传统活性污泥法的替代技术。而其形成机理,至今仍缺少全面深入的理解。该文总结了前人的主要研究,归纳了相关的形成假说,探究了不同因素对于好氧颗粒污泥形成的影响,包括水力剪切力、表面疏水性、胞外聚合物、群体感应等,分析各个因素可能的内在联系,并列举了好氧颗粒污泥的相关应用,在此基础上,对好氧颗粒污泥技术未来的发展趋势进行了论述。
Aerobic granular sludge is regarded as an alternative technology of traditional activated sludge process because of its excellent sedimentation performance,large biomass,strong pollutant removal ability,shock load resistance,strong tolerance to toxic and harmful substances,etc.However,its formation mechanism is still lack of comprehensiveness and in-depth understanding.This paper summarizes the previous studies,sums up the relevant formation hypothesis,explores the influence of different factors on the formation of aerobic granular sludge,including hydraulic shear force,surface hydrophobicity,extracellular polymer,quorum sensing,analyzes the possible internal relationship of each factor,and lists the relevant application of aerobic granular sludge,on this basis,the paper introduces the aerobic granular sludge technology.The future development trend is also discussed.
