基于大陆系统氧传感器故障诊断原理PVE J2测试方法浅析

Method Analysis of the PVE J2 Test Based on the Continental System Oxygen Sensor Fault Diagnosis

根据国六排放法规GB18352.6—2016[1]要求,车辆生产企业需对生产的车辆进行OBD量产车辆评估测试即简称PVE;PVE作为生产车辆OBD系统生产一致性(COP)自我检查的重要组成部分,车辆正式量产之后,企业需提交PVE测试计划和报告,并接受监督检查。其中PVE测试中的J2阶段测试需对所有亮MIL灯故障(除对车辆造成损坏或危及人身安全以及只能通过修改电子控制单元的故障外)进行演示。本文通过介绍大陆系统氧传感器故障模拟方法来浅析PVE J2的测试流程。

According to the requirements of the GB18352.6-2016,the vehicle manufacturers need to perform PVE test,which is an important part of COP.After the vehicle is officially mass-produced,the company is required to submit the PVE test plan and report,accept supervision and inspection.The J2 phase test need to demonstrate all the mill lights faults(except for faults which cause damage to the vehicle or endanger personal safety and which can only be modified by the electronic control unit).Base on the continental system oxygen sensor fault demo,this paper introduces the PVE J2 test process.
