地方大学“双一流”建设的困境与路径研究

地方大学推进“双一流”建设过程中,在准确把握国家有关指导性文件精神的基础上,要认清发展机遇和挑战,发挥优势和特色,服务国家重大战略需求;立足地方经济社会发展,找准自身发展定位,优化协调结构布局,实现高质量跨越发展。地方大学在深入推进“双一流”建设中面临着办学定位迷失、学科间的失衡、学科与专业脱节、学科的带动作用有限等困境。地方大学在“双一流”建设中应坚持以人才培养为中心,注重培育优势学科和特色品牌,加大人才梯队建设力度,着力推进成果转移转化,推动学科交叉融合,努力培育新的增长点,并对未来发展思路进行了深入探讨,为地方大学推进“双一流”建设提供有效发展路径。

In the process of promoting the “double world-class” construction, on the basis of grasping the spirit of the relevant national guiding documents, local universities should recognize the development opportunities and challenges, give full play to their advantages and characteristics, and serve the country’s major strategic needs;based on local economic and social development, find their own development orientation accurately, optimize and coordinate the structural layout, to achieve high-quality leapfrog development. In the further development of the “double world-class” project, local universities are faced with the dilemma of losing the orientation of running schools, the imbalance between disciplines, the disconnection between disciplines and majors, and the limited leading role of disciplines. Local universities should adhere to talent cultivation as the center, focus on cultivating advantageous disciplines and characteristic brands, increase the construction of talent echelon, focus on promoting the transfer and transformation of achievements, promote the interdisciplinary integration, and strive to cultivate new growth points.
