摘要
高校思想政治理论课教学的本质目的是将国家和社会对大学生的思想政治素质要求转化为大学生内在的个体需要。当前高校思想政治理论课教学中较为普遍地存在着的教学供给与学生需求之间的结构性失衡是制约思想政治理论课教学实效性的重要因素。造成这一现象和问题的根本原因在于高校思想政治理论课教学供给侧和学生需求侧之间的全方位割裂,核心是高校思想政治理论课教学社会价值理性与个体价值理性的割裂。新时期高校思想政治理论课教学亟需开展面向大学生需求的思想政治理论课教学供给侧结构性改革,重构平等、民主的师生关系,在主流价值观与大学生持有的多元价值观的公平对话与竞争中实现高校思想政治理论课社会价值理性与个体价值理性相向而行,融合发展。同时,树立大实践理念,构建全方位、多层次、立体化的实践教学体系,在生动的实践教学活动中深化和延伸师生交流与互动,巩固和强化大学生对社会主义核心价值观的理论认知、情感认同并自觉践行。
The essential purpose of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities is to transform the ideological and political quality requirements of the country and society into the internal individual needs of college students. However, the structural imbalance between the teaching supply and the demand of college students restricts the improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching. The root cause of this lies in the comprehensive separation between the supply side and the demand side, and the core is the separation between the social value rationality and individual value rationality of ideological and political theory teaching. In the new era, it is urgent to carry out the supply-side structural reform of ideological and political theory teaching to meet the needs of college students. In the fair dialogue and competition between the mainstream values and the pluralistic values held by college students, the social value rationality and individual value rationality can meet each other and develop together. We should also have a big practice concept, and build a comprehensive, multi-level and three-dimensional practice teaching system, so as to deepen and extend the communication and interaction between teachers and students, consolidate and strengthen college students’ theoretical cognition and emotional identification of the socialist core values and practice them consciously.
