热处理对哈氏合金C-276堆焊层性能的影响

摘要 由实验结果得到在焊态和热处理态的哈氏合金C-276堆焊侧弯结果均合格;增加保温时间,SWAM堆焊侧弯试验不合格,而ESSW堆焊侧弯仅有32h热处理试样不合格;焊态试件硬度符合要求,热处理后堆焊层硬度有所提高;应力腐蚀试验合格,SMAW堆焊和ESW堆焊层腐蚀率在焊态和热处理下均合适。哈氏合金C-276堆焊层在焊态和690℃×8h热处理状态下,各项性能符合要求。在规定热处理工艺下,保温时间增长时堆焊层抗晶间腐蚀性能下降,从本次试验来看,哈氏合金C-276热处理保温不宜超过8h。 According to the experimental results,the welding and heat-treated Hastelloy C-276 surfacing welding side bending results are all qualified;increasing the holding time,the SWAM surfacing welding side bending test fails,while the ESSW surfacing welding side bending test only fails for 32h heat treatment samples;The hardness of the welded test parts meets the requirements,and the hardness of the surfacing layer increases after heat treatment;the stress corrosion test is qualified,and the corrosion rate of the SMAW surfacing layer and the ESW surfacing layer is appropriate in the welding state and heat treatment state.The performance of Hastelloy C-276 surfacing layer at 690℃×8h welding state and heat treatment conditions meets the requirements.Under the specified heat treatment process,the intergranular corrosion resistance of the surfacing layer decreases with the increase of the holding time.These tests have shown that the heat treatment time for Hastelloy C-276 should not exceed 8h.
