对应用于大型天然气液化领域的绕管式换热器换热管与管板的连接性能进行研究,通过对不同牌号的铝换热管与管板连接性能进行分析及试验,开发出适用于该领域的铝换热管牌号及换热管与管板连接技术,主要采用试验的方法进行研究。

The connection performance between heat exchange tube and tube-sheet of coil-wound heat exchanger used in the field of large-scale natural gas liquefaction is studied.Through the analysis and test of the connection performance of the different grades of aluminum heat exchange tubes and tube-sheets,the grades of aluminum heat exchange tubes and the connection technology of heat exchange tubes and tube-sheets used in this field are developed,which are mainly studied by test method.
