绿色农业发展水平与乡村旅游的耦合协调效应研究--基于秦巴山76个典型区县数据的验证

The research of the coupling coordinated relation between green agriculture and rural tourism--Taking 76 typical counties in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains as objects of research

以旅促农、以农强旅、农旅融合发展是推进乡村振兴的重要抓手。本文梳理了秦巴山区76个区县的绿色农业发展水平、乡村旅游发展水平和两者之间的耦合度以及耦合协调度,研究表明:(1)秦巴山区的绿色农业发展水平和乡村旅游发展水平显著提升。(2)秦巴山区的耦合度逐渐向高水平耦合阶段发展,耦合协调性逐步向优质协调发展。(3)四川是绿色农业和乡村旅游协同发展现状最好的省市,重庆和甘肃协调现状较差,前者滞后因素为农业绿色发展水平,后者滞后因素为乡村旅游发展水平。研究结论对秦巴山区农旅融合发展机制与路径具有一定的价值。基于研究结论给出相应的政策建议。

Promoting agriculture with tourism,strengthening tourism with agriculture,and the integrative develop-ment of agriculture and tourism is an important way to promote rural revitalization.In this paper,the development level of green agriculture and the development level of rural tourism in 76 counties in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains were an-alyzed,and the coupling degree and coupling coordinated degree between them were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)The development level of green agriculture and the development level of rural tourism in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains was significantly improving.(2)The coupling degree in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains gradually developed to a high level of coupling,and the coupling coordinated gradually developed to a high-quality coordinated degree.(3)The coordinated development of green agriculture and rural tourism of Sichuan is the best,while Chongqing and Gansu have poor degree of coordinated development.The lag factor of Chongqing is the green development level of agriculture,while the lag factor of Gansu is the development level of rural tourism.The conclusion is value to mechanisms and path for the integrative development of agriculture and tourism in Qinling-Daba(Qinba)Mountains.Based on the research conclusions,this paper gives corresponding policy Suggestions.
