柴芩清窍汤治疗肝肺郁热型分泌性中耳炎的效果及安全性分析

Effect and safety analysis of Chaiqin Qingqiao Decoction on secretory oti tis media with liver-lung heat stasis

目的:探究用柴芩清窍汤治疗肝肺郁热型分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的效果及安全性。方法:选取山东省东平县中医院耳鼻喉科收治的90例肝肺郁热型SOM患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对比组和探讨组。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上加用柴芩清窍汤对探讨组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:探讨组患者治疗的总有效率高于对比组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,探讨组患者血清及中耳积液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的水平均低于对比组患者,P<0.05。用药期间,两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:在对肝肺郁热型SOM患者进行常规治疗的基础上,加用柴芩清窍汤对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,缓解其临床症状,减轻其机体的炎症反应,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Chaiqin Qingqiao Decoction in the treatment of secretory otitis media(SOM)with liver and lung heat stasis.Methods:a total of 90 SOM patients with liver and lung stasis were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into contrast group and discussion group.On the basis of routine treatment,chaiqin Qingqiao Decoction was added to the treatment of patients in the discussion group,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups wer e compared.Results:The total effective rate in discussion gro up was higher than that in contrast group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in serum and middle ear effusion of patients in study group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.There were no adverse reactions in 2 groups during medication.Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment for liver and lung stultifying SOM patients,adding Chaiqin Qingqiao Decoction to treat SOM patients can significantly improve its efficacy,relieve its clinical symptoms,alleviate its inflammatory response,and the safety of treatmen t is high.
