TA32钛合金双层结构零件超塑成形/扩散连接工艺 被引量:5

摘要 为促进TA32钛合金在航空领域的应用,在温度为930~960℃,应变速率为10^(-3)~10^(-4) s^(-1)条件下对其超塑性进行研究。结果表明,TA32钛合金在温度为930~940℃,应变速率为3×10^(-3) s^(-1)时具有较好的超塑性,最大伸长率可达343.18%。通过超塑性研究,得到最优超塑成形工艺参数为:成形温度940℃,应变速率3×10^(-3) s^(-1),在此工艺参数条件下,采用超塑成形/扩散连接工艺实现了TA32钛合金双层结构零件的制备,并采用数字化测量技术对零件成形精度进行了分析,分析结果表明,零件成形精度高,满足使用要求。 To promote the application of TA32 titanium alloy in aviation field,the superplasticity of TA32 titanium alloy was studied under the condition of the temperature of 930-960 ℃ and strain rate of 10^(-3)-10^(-4) s^(-1).The results show that TA32 titanium alloy has good superplasticity at 930-940 ℃ and strain rate of 3×10^(-3) s^(-1),the maximum elongation can reach 343.18%.Through superplasticity research,the optimal superplastic forming process parameters are obtained as forming temperature of 940 ℃ and strain rate of 3×10^(-3) s^(-1).Under the above optimal process parameter condition,the TA32 titanium alloy double-layer structure part was fabricated by superplastic forming and diffusion bonding process,and the forming accuracy of part was analyzed by digital measurement technology.The analysis results show that the forming accuracy of part is high,which meets the operating requirements.
