新时期地市级科技情报机构创新发展思路探讨

Discussion on local institutes of science and technology information’s innovation and development in new period

我国进入了转型发展的新时期,地市级科技情报机构作为地方科技创新发展体系的重要组成部分,将在地方发展中扮演越来越重要的作用。文章以四川省地市级科技情报机构为例,通过相关文献资料和实际调研,探讨了地市级科技情报机构存在的问题,并从科技情报工作的核心出发,提出了完善信息资源服务平台、围绕地方发展创新服务内容、强化人才力量提高服务能力等发展思路,以期为地市级科技情报事业未来发展提供参考。

As China is experiencing the specific turning period, local institutes of science and technology information,which are an important part of local sci-tech innovative development system, will play an increasingly important role in local development. Taking the local institutes of science and technology information in Sichuan province as example, this paper carry out a discussion on the problem which local institutes of science and technology information is facing by relevant literature and actual investigation. And based on core business of S&T information, this paper puts forward that to develop through improving information platforms, offering new services focus on local development, and strengthening human resource, and expect to provide reference for the future development of prefecture level S&T information.
