摘要
以网约房为代表的住宿新业态发展蓬勃,但是它的发展仍饱受争议。文章梳理研究现状,总结住宿新业态安全问题,通过比较分析浙江、山东和江苏三省出台的网约房治理相关规定,提出推动后疫情时代住宿新业态安全监管的对策建议。
The new form of accommodation represented by online booking is booming, but its development is still controversial. This paper combs the research status, summarizes the safety problems of new accommodation formats,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the safety supervision of new accommodation formats in the post-epidemic era by comparing and analyzing the relevant regulations on online appointment room governance issued by Zhejiang, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces.
