公共图书馆信息检索中人工智能技术的应用研究

Research on the application of artificial intelligence technology in public libraries information retrieval

公共图书馆作为城市文化传播与输出的重要场所,直接影响社会文化产业发展与人民素养提升,其中公共图书馆检索服务则关系地区文化阅读积极性。为进一步优化所属公共图书馆服务体系,建构契合社会发展的信息化、智能化公共图书馆信息检索系统,文章采用理论分析法和实践应用法探索了基于人工智能技术的公共图书馆信息检索优化对策,结果表明:公共图书馆现存的书籍展览模式存在缺陷、信息检索方式单一等问题为引入人工智能技术奠定了现实条件;基于人工智能技术在公共图书馆信息检索中的应用途径,研究了一体化信息检索服务器、个性化信息检索服务平台及完善信息检索知识深度与广度的具体对策,力求从根本层面优化公共图书馆信息检索模式。

As an important place for the dissemination and output of urban culture, public library directly affects the development of social cultural industry and the improvement of people’ s literacy. Among them, the retrieval service of public library is related to the enthusiasm of regional cultural reading. In order to further optimize the service system of public libraries and build an information-based and intelligent public library information retrieval system in line with social development, this paper explores the optimization strategies of public library information retrieval based on artificial intelligence technology by using the methods of theoretical analysis and practical application. The results show that there are defects in the existing book exhibition mode of public libraries, and the single way of information retrieval lays a realistic foundation for the introduction of artificial intelligence technology. Based on the application of artificial intelligence technology in public library information retrieval, this paper studies the integrated information retrieval server, personalized information retrieval service platform and the specific countermeasures to improve the depth and breadth of information retrieval knowledge, and tries to optimize the information retrieval mode of public library from the fundamental level.
