摘要
文章以南京工程学院中芬合作办学项目为例,基于全面质量管理(TQM)理论,从全方位、全过程和全员3个不同视角出发,构建了初步的外方教师教学评价体系。向利益相关者(学生、外方教师等)发放调查问卷、采集数据,利用灰色关联模型和层次分析法(AHP),对得到的数据与外方教师教学评价基本体系指标进行关联度分析,对体系指标做出适当的修改,最终建立新的中外合作办学外方教师教学质量评价体系,并为参与调研的教师提供提高教学质量的思路和方法。
Taking the Sino-Finnish cooperative school running project of Nanjing Institute of Engineering as an example,based on the theory of total quality management(TQM),this paper constructs a preliminary teaching evaluation system for foreign teachers from three different perspectives:all-round,whole process and all staff.Distribute questionnaires and collect data to stakeholders(students,foreign teachers,etc.),analyze the correlation between the obtained data and the basic system indicators of foreign teachers’ teaching evaluation by using grey correlation model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),make appropriate modifications to the system indicators,and finally establish a new teaching quality evaluation system of foreign teachers in Chinese foreign cooperative schools,and provide ideas and methods to improve teaching quality for teachers participating in the research.
