龙胆泻肝汤加减联合梅花针叩刺拔罐治疗肝火湿热型带状疱疹急性发作的效果

Study on the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction + Plum Flower Needle Percussive Cupping in the treatment of acute attack of herpes zoster caused by irascible damp heat

目的:评价肝火湿热型带状疱疹急性发作给予龙胆泻肝汤加减联合梅花针叩刺拔罐治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院接收的78例肝火湿热型带状疱疹患者采用随机数表法分为两组,给予对照组(39例)常规治疗;研究组(39例)于常规治疗的基础上实施龙胆泻肝汤加减+梅花针叩刺拔罐治疗。观察两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)水平及中医证候。结果:治疗后研究组CRP、INF-γ水平及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝火湿热型带状疱疹急性发作给予龙胆泻肝汤联合梅花针叩刺拔罐治疗可调理肝脏、清热解毒,缓解中医证候。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction + Plum Flower Needle Capping and Cupping on the acute attack of herpes zoster caused by liver fire and dampness-heat. Methods:78 cases of herpes zoster patients with irascitic dampnessheat type received by our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(39 cases)were given routine treatment. The study group(39 cases)were treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus Plum Flower Needle Capping Cupping on the basis of conventional treatment. Serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP), interferon-γ(INF-γ)and TCM syndromes were observed in two groups. Results: The levels of CRP, INF-γ and TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Longdan Xieigan Decoction and Plum Flower Needle Cut-prick Cupping can regulate the liver, clear away heat and detoxify, and alleviate the syndromes of TCM.
