长柄扁桃正丁醇提取物对高脂饮食大鼠的降血脂作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价长柄扁桃正丁醇提取物调节高脂血症大鼠血脂的功效。方法:通过高脂饲料喂养法构建高脂血症大鼠模型,随机分成空白对照组,高脂模型组,辛伐他汀阳性药组,长柄扁桃药材正丁醇提取物低、中、高剂量组。空白对照组给予普通饲料饲养,其他五组均给予高脂饲料喂养,同时按给药剂量灌胃给药。给药五周后,测定血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、MDA、SOD、ALT、AST活性,同时计算肝脏系数、AI、HDL-C/TC、SOD/MDA值。结果:与空白对照组比较,高脂模型组大鼠肝脏系数以及血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、ALT、AST、AI显著升高(P<0.05),SOD、SOD/MDA和HDL-C/TC显著降低(P<0.05);与高脂模型组比较,长柄扁桃正丁醇提取物低剂量组无显著降血脂作用,中剂量组、高剂量组和辛伐他汀组均能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清中的TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、ALT、AST水平、肝系数、AI值(P<0.05),能显著提高SOD、SOD/MDA和HDL-C/TC值(P<0.05)。结论:长柄扁桃正丁醇提取物具有调节高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的功效,并对其肝脏有保护作用。 Objective: To study the regulation of blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rats by n-butanol extract from Amygdalus pedunculata Pall.Methods: Rats with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into blank control group, high-fat model group, Simvastatin positive medicine group, and n-butanol extract of Amygdalus pedunculata low, medium and high dose groups according to the weight balance. The blank control group was fed with basic feed, and the other five groups were fed with high-fat feed, At the same time, the drug was given by gavage according to the dosage. After Five weeks, the contents of serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, MDA, SOD, ALT and AST activities were determined, and the liver coefficient, AI, HDL-C/TC, SOD/MDA values were calculated at the same time. Results: Compared with the blank group, The liver coefficient was significantly increased(P <0.05) in the model group. The levels of rats serum TC, TG, LDL-C,MDA, ALT, AST and AI were significantly increased(P<0.05), and SOD, SOD/MDA, HDL-C/TC were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the n-butanol extract of Amygdalus pedunculata low dose group had no significant blood lipid lowering effect. The n-butanol extract of Amygdalus pedunculata medium、high dose groups and Simvastatin positive medicine group can signifi-cantly reduce the TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA, ALT, AST, liver coefficient and AI value(P<0.05), and can significantly improved SOD activity,SOD/MDA, HDL-C/TC value(P<0.05). Conclusion: The research shows that The n-butanol extract of Amygdalus pedunculata had the effect of regulating the lipid level of hyperlipidemia rats and had a good protective effect on the liver.
