本系统主要是针对公司所属的施工工器具进行日常管理。该系统提供设备及耗材的出入库管理、检测及报废周期的设备健康管理,设备借出、领用、调拨以及归还管理,建立资产设备从购买入库到报废的全生命周期管理体系。同时系统还提供各类统计报表,方便管理人员随时对所属资产设备进行统计,具体包含设备状态一览表、待检测设备一览表、待报废设备一览表等报表,辅助管理人员更好地对设备进行维护。

This system is mainly for the daily management of construction tools belonging to the company.The system provides the inlet and outlet management of equipment and consumables, equipment health management of testing and scrapping cycle, equipment lending, receiving, transferring and returning management, and establishes the whole life cycle management system of assets and equipment from purchase and storage to scrapping.At the same time, the system also provides various kinds of statistical reports to facilitate the management staff to carry out statistics on the assets and equipment belonging to them at any time, including the list of equipment status, the list of equipment to be tested, the list of equipment to be scrapped and other reports to assist the management staff to better maintain the equipment.
