摘要
论文分析了线上线下混合式教学的优点和关键问题,并结合实例介绍了混合式教学在“乳品生产及检验”课程中的应用。教学实践结果表明,混合式教学能够弥补线下教学条件和教学时数的不足,丰富教学资源,帮助学生了解生产实际过程,并能够充分调动学生学习的主动性,培养学生的综合应用分析能力,促进素质教学目标的达成。
The advantages of on-line and off-line hybrid teaching was analyzed, and the application of hybrid teaching in the course of dairy production and inspection is introduced with examples.The results of teaching practice showed that the use of hybrid teaching could make up for the shortage of offline teaching conditions and teaching hours, helped students understand the actual production process, fully mobilized students’ learning initiative, cultivate students’ comprehensive application and analysis ability and promoted the teaching quality.
