摘要
食品安全风险监测是《食品安全法》确定的一项食品安全防范的重要制度。开展好食品安全风险监测,将提升食品安全风险预警时效性与监管的针对性。通过综合分析基层在食品安全风险监测工作中的现状及存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出相应意见建议,从而实现食品风险的主动监测,及早发现安全隐患,筑牢食品安全防线。
The risk surveillance of food safety is an important precaution system developed based on the Food Safety Law.The successful implementation of food safety risk surveillance will improve the effectiveness of risk warning and the pertinence of supervision.To realize the initiative risk surveillance of food safety,achieve the troubleshooting of security risk,and establish defense-line of food safety,the current situation and existing problems in the risk surveillance of food safety was analyzed at the community level and corresponding suggestions were provided.
