摘要
以“饮料生产技术”课程为例,从课程目标、课程设计思路、课程教学内容、课程考核评价4个方面,对新疆轻工职业技术学院食品科学与工程专业“4+0”应用型本科、专科与普通本科课程标准进行比较研究,为课程标准进一步完善提供参考或借鉴。
Taking the course of Beverage Production Technology as an example,from the four aspects of course objectives,course design ideas,course teaching contents,course assessment and evaluation,this paper made a comparative study on the curriculum standards of“4+0”applied undergraduate,junior college and general undergraduate of food science and engineering major in Xinjiang Light Industry Vocational and Technical College,in order to provide reference or reference for the further improvement of curriculum standards.
