苗药“Jab gongx saib(加拱山)”洗剂治疗湿疹的临床观察

Observation on the effect of clinical treatment of Eczema with the traditional Miao medicine"jab gongx saib"lotion

目的:观察苗药"Jab gongx saib(加拱山)"※洗剂治疗湿疹的安全性及疗效。方法:将80例湿疹患者随机分为苗药"Jab gongx saib"洗剂组(A组,40例)和0.1%丁酸氢化可的松对照组(B组,40例),用药2周后进行安全性检测,并根据EASI(湿疹面积及严重程度指数评分)评分下降率进行疗效判定,同时根据VAS评分(瘙痒程度直观模拟尺评分)判断疗效。结果:"Jab gongx saib(加拱山)"洗剂组40例,痊愈2例、显效25例、有效10例、无效3例,总有效率92.5%(37/40)。0.1%丁酸氢化可的松组40例,痊愈2例、显效20例、有效11例、无效7例,总有效率82.5%(33/40)。两组治疗有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未见肝肾功能损害。结论:苗药"Jab gongx saib"洗剂治疗湿疹疗效确切,无毒副作用。

Objective:To verify the safety and efficacy of treatment Eczema in the traditional Miao medicine"jab gongx saib"lotion.Methods:80 eczema patients were randomly divided into"jab gongx saib"lotion treatment group(group A,40 cases)and 0.1%hydrocortisone control group(group B,40 cases).safety tests were conducted during the treatment,After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to the area and severity index of eczema(EASI)score and Visual analog scale(VAS)score of itching degree.Results:In group A,2 cases were cured,25 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 92.5%(37/40).In group B,2 cases were cured,20 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 82.5%(33/40).There was statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no liver and kidney function damage in the two groups.Conclusion:the traditional Miao medicine"jab gongx saib"lotion is effective in treating eczema and has no toxic side effects.
