摘要
目的 通过分析总结采用联合用药方法治疗1例社区获得性鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎患者的经验,为临床治疗该类疾病提供借鉴。方法 查阅相关文献,结合此例患者的生理特点、实验室检查等情况,将我院对该病患的诊断、治疗等过程与已有相关报道进行对比分析,探讨临床对鹦鹉热衣原体感染疾病的诊疗过程。结果 新一代基因测序技术(NGS)对病原微生物DNA高通量基因检测提示该病例为鹦鹉热衣原体感染;在确诊为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎后,使用多西环素联合莫西沙星抗感染治疗,两种抗菌药物作用于病原体不同的靶点,通过不同的作用机制协同治疗,病情转归良好。结论 病原微生物新一代基因测序技术(NGS)技术在病原学快速诊断中具有重要的意义,该例患者采用NGS技术明确诊断,针对性用药后,治疗效果明显。
Objective Through the analysis and summary of a case of community-acquired Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia treated with combination therapy, to provide references for clinical treatment of such diseases.Methods Referring to the relevant literatures and combining the physiological characteristics of this patient with the laboratory examination, the diagnosis and treatment of this patient in our hospital were compared with other related reports to explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chlamydia psittaci infections. Results The new generation gene sequencing technology(NGS) indicated that the case was chlamydia parrots infection by highthroughput gene detection of pathogenic microorganisms. After the diagnosis of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia,doxycycline combined with moxifloxacin was used for anti-infection treatment. The two antibacterial drugs acted on different pathogen targets, and the therapeutic effect was obvious through the synergism of different action mechanisms. Conclusion The new generation gene sequencing technology of pathogenic microorganisms(NGS) is of great significance in the rapid diagnosis of etiology. The patient was diagnosed clearly by NGS technology, and the therapeutic effect was obvious after targeted medication.
