X光机摄片及螺旋CT检查对脊柱骨折的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨X光机摄片及螺旋CT检查对脊柱骨折的诊断价值,为后续临床对于脊柱骨折的诊断提供参考意义。方法:选取我院2020年6月-2021年6月期间收治的92名疑似脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,然后分别采取不同的检查方式。给予对照组46名患者螺旋CT的方式检查,而研究组46名患者则采取X光机摄片检查,并以手术结果作为诊断“金标准”。观察比较X光机摄片及螺旋CT两种检查方式的诊断符合率、出结果时间、骨折部位检出率情况。结果:两种诊断方式3h内出结果时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组出结果时间在3-5h的患者数量占比大于研究组,数据差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=5.114,P=0.032<0.05)。研究组中柱骨折、后柱骨折检出率分别均低于对照组(X^(2)=5.743,4.285,P=0.024,0.031<0.05)。对照组的检出符合率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=6.310,P=0.021<0.05)。结论:对脊柱骨折的检测,采取螺旋CT检查较X光机摄片出结果时间更长且费用高、辐射大,但检查准确率较X光机摄片更高,临床中选择使用两种检查方式相结合的方法可能对检查效果具有积极影响。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of X-ray film and spiral CT in the diagnosis of spine fractures,and to provide reference significance for the follow-up clinical diagnosis of spine fractures.Methods:A total of 92 patients with suspected spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,and then different examination methods were adopted.46 patients in the control group were examined by spiral CT,while 46 patients in the study group were examined by X-ray machines,and the results of the operation were used as the“gold standard”for diagnosis.Observe and compare the diagnosis coincidence rate,time to result,and detection rate of fracture site of X-ray machine and spiral CT.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the time of results within 3 hours between the two diagnostic methods(P>0.05).The proportion of patients in the control group with results within 3 to 5 hours was greater than that in the study group,and the difference in data was statistically significant(X^(2)=5.114,P=0.032<0.05).In addition,the detection rates of middle column fracture and posterior column fracture in the study group were lower than those in the control group(X^(2)=5.743,4.285,P=0.024,0.031<0.05).Finally,the detection coincidence rate o the control group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significan(X^(2)=6.310,P=0.021<0.05).Conclusion:For the detection of spine fractures,spiral CT examination takes longer time than X-ray machine to produce results,higher cost,and more radiation,but the accuracy o the examination is higher than that of X-ray machine.Two types of examinations are selected in clinical practice.The combined method may have a positive impact on the inspection effect.
