磁共振诊断肛门直肠周围脓肿及肛瘘的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Diagnosing Anorectal Abscess and Anus

目的:探讨磁共振(MRI)影像学技术用于肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘疾病诊断中的价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘患者共计93例,均行MRI诊断、常规检查。统计并对比不同检查方式所取得的诊断效果。结果:35例肛门直肠周围脓肿患者经手术病理检查显示,病灶共计42处,MRI、常规检查分别检出肛门直肠周围脓肿42例、35例。MRI影像学技术在肛提肌上脓肿、肛门直肠周围脓肿病灶检出率方面均高于常规检查(P<0.05);且对肛瘘主管及支管、内口方面检出率均高于常规检查(P<0.05)。结论:临床使用MRI影像学技术对肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛瘘的诊断效果显著,可对病灶部位、病情实际概况进行充分了解,值得临床借鉴并推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of magnetic resonance(MRI) imaging technology in the diagnosis of anorectal abscess and anal fistula.Methods:A total of 93patients with peri-anorectal abscess and anal fistula were selected from January 2018 to December 2020 in our hospital,all underwent MRI diagnosis and routine examination.Count and compare the diagnostic results obtained by different inspection methods.Results:35 patients with perianorectal abscess showed 42 lesions by surgical and pathological examination.42 cases and 35 cases of perianorectal abscess were detected by MRI and routine examination respectively.The detection rate of supralevatorani abscess and perianorectal abscess by MRI was higher than that by routine examination(P<0.05);and the detection rate of anal fistula supervisor,branch duct and internal mouth were all higher than that of routine examination( P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of MRI imaging technology is effective in diagnosing peri-anorectal abscess and anal fistula.It can fully understand the location of the patient’s disease and the actual situation of the disease.This method is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
