达州市建设高品质生活宜居地研究——“双城圈”和“示范区”建设背景下对达州的思考

Researches on the Construction of Livable Land of High Quality Life in Dazhou City Under the Background of the Construction of “Bi-Cities Circle” and “Demonstration Plot”

着眼于“成渝地区双城经济圈”国家战略实施和“万达开川渝统筹发展示范区”建设纵深推进的宏观背景,分析达州市建设高品质生活宜居地的基本内涵:把达州建成经济活跃、社会和谐、环境优美、文化包容、资源富集、生活舒适、公共安全的就业创业家园和居家生活乐园;确立达州建设高品质生活宜居地的推进思路:把达州建成产业集聚的经济活跃示范区、综合交通物流枢纽示范区、绿色生态体验示范区、科教文旅卫事业集聚示范区、社会和谐示范区、生活舒适示范区、共享发展示范区.

Focusing on the macro background of the implementation of the national strategy of“Chengdu-Chongqing Bi-cities Economic Circle”and the deepening construction of“Wan-Da-Kai Sichuan-Chongqing Coordinated Development Station Demonstration Plot”,the development strategy of“one major with branches and five area coordination”,“four program development and global open”and“two tasks of economy and society development in Dazhou”carried out by Sichuan Province and the goal of“provincial economy sub-center”meet the demands of comprehensive high quality development and socialist modernization construction,this paper analyzes the basic connotation of constructing the livable land of high quality life in Dazhou city:Dazhou will be built into a home for employment and entrepreneurship and a home life paradise with active economy,harmonious society,beautiful environment,cultural tolerance,rich resources,comfortable life and public safety.Then the train of thinking was established:Dazhou will be built into a demonstration area of active economy with industrial agglomeration,comprehensive transportation and logistics hub,green ecological experience,science,education ands culture,tourism and health,social harmony,comfortable living,and shared development.
