Internal Logic and Realization of Ideological and Political Education in Clinical Practice of Medical Students Under the Background of Medical Education Collaboration

要培养卓越医学人才,必须通过深化医教协同,在知识共同体、科研共同体的基础上,全员全程全方位育人打造“德育共同体”.加强医学生临床实习阶段思政教育,是践行初心使命的必然要求,是高校内涵发展的内在要求,是提高本科人才培养质量的客观要求;必须持之以恒抓好临床课程思政,提升临床教师育德意识和能力,抓好榜样教育、解难排忧和统筹协调.

To cultivate outstanding medical students,it is necessary to deepen the collaboration between medical and education,and build a“moral community”based on the knowledge community and scientific research community.Strengthening the ideological and political education in the clinical practice stage of medical students is an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the original mission,an internal requirement for the development of universities,and an objective requirement for improving the quality of undergraduate talent training.We must persevere in the ideological and political work of clinical courses and improve the education of clinical teachers’ virtue awareness and ability,do a good job of model education,problem solving,and overall coordination.
