摘要
Hox基因是一个高度保守的Homeobox超家族的亚组,在生长发育中具有至关重要的作用,调节包括细胞凋亡、受体信号传导、分化、运动和血管生成等许多生物学过程。近年来研究发现,Hox基因与多种人类恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。文章主要对Hox基因的结构、功能及其与消化道肿瘤的关系的研究作一综述。
Hox gene is a highly conserved subgroup of homeobox gene superfamily, which is involved in many biological processes such as apoptosis, differentiation, movement, receptor signal transduction and angiogenesis. In recent years, studies have found that Hox is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of human malignant tumors. In this paper, the structure, function of Hox and its relationship with digestive system tumors are reviewed.
