中外合作办学思想政治教育工作探讨

Discussion on the Ideological and Political Education of Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools

中外合作办学作为我国高等教育人才培养的重要组成部分,随着办学规模和质量的不断提升,近年来为国家培养了一大批具有国际化视野的优秀学子。但中外合作办学跨境式“双校园”培养模式、课程体系、师资结构等带来的多元文化交织的环境给大学生思想政治工作带来了一系列挑战。新形势下,中外合作办学体制下大学生思想政治工作需要积极应对挑战,同时也需要遵循一定的工作原则,即旗帜鲜明地坚持党的领导原则、多元立主导原则、补齐短板与体系建设相统一原则以及价值引领的内容和形式创新相统一的原则,并在基层党组织建设、思想政治教育工作体系建设、国情教育以及教师队伍建设等方面进行持续优化,不断增强中外合作办学思想政治工作的针对性与实效性,全面提升中外合作办学思想政治教育工作的质量和有效性。

The scale of Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools(CFCR)is constantly expanding,and the quality is also constantly improving.In recent years,plenty of outstanding students with international perspectives have been cultivated,which has become an important part of my country’s higher education talent training.The multicultural ideological environment brought by the cross-border“dual campus”training model,curriculum system,and teacher structure of CFCR,as well as the particularity of the training objects,have brought some challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.Under the new situation,the ideological and political education of CFCR should actively respond to challenges and follow certain working principles as follows:clearly adhering to the party’s leadership principle,the Leadership principle in multiculturalism,the harmonizing principle between complement of the shortcomings and system construction,and the principle of combining the value-led content and form innovation.Meanwhile,we should continuously optimize the construction of basic-level party organizations,the construction of ideological and political education work system,national conditions education and the construction of teacher group,further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political work of CFCR,and comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political education in CFCR.
