摘要
针对钢水罐倾翻装置、吹氧装置、操作平台、加引流砂装置、除尘系统、滑动水口更换装置各个系统装置的联锁关系进行分析,在建立数字化三维仿真模型的基础上,采用Inventor中功能进行模型参数辨识,进行整个系统的上线前仿真运动模拟,以实践方式验证了该热修系统工艺功能全,操作步骤简单,安全性高,节约成本,保证生产线连续运行,提高生产效率等特点。
Regarding to tilting device,oxygen blowing device,operation platform,drainage sand feeder,dust removal system and sliding nozzle replacement device of a molten steel tank,linkage relationship of the system devices has been analyzed.Based on establishing digitization three-dimensional simulation model,model parameters have been identified by functions in Inventor to simulate simulation movement before the whole system operation.Finally the practice verified that the thermal repair system possessed advantages of full process function,simple operation,high safety to save production costs,assure continuous operation of production line and improve efficiency.
