摘要
通过选择合理设备工装、设计专用刀具、编制数控程序、虚拟机床仿真等方面入手,成功地解决了大型核电汽缸狭窄内腔撑杆凸台加工难题,最大限度地保证了加工过程的安全与准确性,是一种高效且精确的加工方式。
By methods of selecting reasonable device tool,designing special tool,numerical control programming and virtual machine simulation,machining problem of supporting pole boss inside of heavy nuclear power cylinder narrow chamber has been solved successfully to fully guarantee safety and accuracy of machining process and obtain a high efficiency and precise machining manner.
