摘要
目的 基于PET-CT技术的针刺机制研究在研究方法尤其是扫描流程的设计上存在显著差异,在一定程度上影响了研究结果的可重复性。本文从扫描中针刺介入与否、针刺介入的时机对基于PET-CT技术的针刺治疗中风病机制研究试验设计进行分类概述,分析其特点,以期为今后的研究提供参考与借鉴。
There are significant differences in the research methods of acupuncture mechanism based on PET-CT technology,especially the design of the scanning process,which affects the repeatability of the research results. This article classifies and summarizes the experimental design of acupuncture treatment of stroke based on PET-CT technology from the scanning process whether acupuncture intervention or not,the timing of acupuncture intervention,and analyzes its characteristics in order to provide reference for future research.
