中国海洋经济高质量发展的空间关联网络结构演变 被引量:12

摘要 构建海洋经济高质量发展评价体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对2006—2018年中国海洋经济高质量发展指数进行测算,在此基础上利用修正的引力模型和社会网络分析方法分析中国海洋经济高质量发展的空间关联网络结构演变特征。结果表明:(1)2006—2018年中国海洋经济高质量发展指数呈波动上升态势,空间呈现不均衡特征,由高到低依次为东部、北部、南部。(2)海洋经济高质量发展空间关联网络由以上海、天津为核心的双核结构演变为以上海、福建为核心的双核结构;省份间存在显著溢出效应,网络稳定性不断增强,但空间关联网络仍存在较为森严的等级结构。(3)天津、上海在海洋经济高质量发展空间关联网络中占据主导地位,同时发挥“中介”和“桥梁”的作用;江苏、浙江、海南位于空间关联网络的边缘。(4)中国海洋经济高质量发展空间关联网络大致划分为上海—天津、辽宁—河北—山东、江苏—浙江、广东—广西—海南4个凝聚子群。 By constructing the evaluation system for the high-quality development of the marine economy,the TOPSIS method is used to measure the high-quality development index of China’s marine economy from 2006 to 2018.On this basis,the evolution characteristics of spatial correlation network structure of high-quality development of marine economy in China are analyzed by using the modified gravity model and social network analysis method(SNA).The results show that:(1)From 2006 to 2018,the high-quality index of China’s marine economy has risen volatility,with spatially unbalanced characteristics,from high to low,they are east,north,and south.(2)The spatial correlation network for the high-quality development of the marine economy has evolved from the dual-core structure with Shanghai and Tianjin as the core to the dual-core structure with Shanghai and Fujian as the core.There is a significant spillover effect among provinces,and the stability of the network structure has gradually enhanced.However,the hierarchical structure of the overall correlation network is relatively strict.(3)Tianjin and Shanghai occupy a dominant position in the spatial correlation network of high-quality development of the marine economy,and play the roles of“intermediaries”and“bridges”.Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Hainan are located on the edge of the spatial correlation network.(4)The spatial correlation network of high-quality development of China’s marine economy is roughly divided into four cohesive subgroups:Shanghai-Tianjin,Liaoning-Hebei-Shandong,Jiangsu-Zhejiang,Guangdong-Guangxi-Hainan.
