地理学视角下中国新型城镇化研究进展

Research Progress of New Urbanization in China from the Perspective of Geography

新型城镇化战略与乡村振兴战略双轮驱动是促进中国城乡协调发展的两项重要举措,其中,《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》正是在反思以往城镇发展问题的背景下提出的。自2014年以来,新型城镇化虽然成为了研究热点,但更多是将其作为发展背景来进行探讨的,对其自身则相对缺乏系统的解析。通过对地理学领域相关文献的梳理,总结了城镇化发展现状、新型城镇化理论内涵、研究现状及其未来发展方向。结果表明:新型城镇化的内涵为传统城镇发展模式的转变;现有地理学关于新型城镇化理论的研究往往以人地关系地域系统理论为依据,借鉴相关学科理论或构建新的认知理论来解决城乡地域系统问题;相关的实证研究主要围绕新型城镇化评价、关联要素研究、发展问题及对策、发展模式等方面展开,而相对忽略了城乡关系、新型城镇化如何解决城乡矛盾及村镇体系构建等方面的研究。未来应加强在城乡关系视角下解析新型城镇化和乡村振兴的研究,同时,构建包含村镇体系在内的区域城乡发展格局也是未来重要的研究方向。

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization has experienced rapid growth,accompanied by serious“urban diseases”.The“National New Urbanization Plan(2014—2020)”was formulated in the context of rethinking the previous urban development problems.The connotation of new urbanization is to transform the traditional urban development model so as to realize people-oriented,urban-rural integration,rational spatial layout,efficient use of resources.The new urbanization also emphasized on ecological civilization and cultural protection.The existing research on the new urbanization theory is often based on the theory of the human-land relationship regional system,drawing on the relevant discipline theory or constructing a new cognitive theory to solve the urban-rural system problems.The relevant empirical research mainly focused on the new urbanization evaluation,related factors,development problems and countermeasures,and development models.But they neglected the study of urban-rural relations,how to solve urban-rural conflicts through new urbanization and the construction of village-town patterns.Therefore,in the future,the study of new urbanization and rural revitalization from the perspective of urban-rural relations should be strengthened.At the same time,the construction of urban-rural regional development pattern including the village-town patterns is also an important issue in the future researches.
