摘要
全面释放居民休闲消费潜力是新时代缓解我国社会主要矛盾和实现居民消费结构转型升级的重要举措。通过构建多指标评价体系对城镇居民休闲消费潜力进行综合测度,并运用空间自相关、标准差椭圆和地理加权回归等方法,考察住房价格和人口年龄结构对城镇居民休闲消费潜力的影响及其空间异质性。结果表明:城镇居民休闲消费潜力存在省际空间差异,空间格局由“川”字型向“三”字型转变;南北走向省份休闲消费潜力变化要快于东北—西南走向省份,城镇居民休闲消费潜力存在空间集聚效应,且省份间相互作用较为明显;住房价格和老年抚养比对城镇居民休闲消费潜力的正向影响由北向南依次递减,少儿抚养比的影响呈现由东北向西南递减态势。
Fully releasing residentsleisure consumption potential is an important measure to alleviate the main social contradictions and realize the transformation and upgrading of residentsconsumption structure in the new era.By constructing a multi-index evaluation system to comprehensively measure the leisure consumption potential of urban residents,and using the methods of spatial autocorrelation,standard deviation ellipse and geographical weighted regression,this paper empirically investigated the impact of housing price and population age structure on the leisure consumption potential of urban residents and its spatial heterogeneity.The results show that there are inter-provincial spatial differences in leisure consumption potential of urban residents,and the spatial pattern changes from vertical“chuan”to horizontal“chuan”.The change of leisure consumption potential of urban residentsfrom north to south is faster than that from northeast to southwest.The leisure consumption potential of urban residents has spatial agglomeration effect,and the interaction between provinces and cities is more obvious.The positive impact of housing price and elderly dependency ratio on leisure consumption potential of urban residents decreases from north to south,and the impact of child dependency ratio decreases from northeast to southwest.
