摘要
由于化石资源的减少,从可再生生物质原料中合成精细化学品和燃料引起了人们的广泛关注。2,5-呋喃二甲醛(DFF)是5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的选择性氧化产物之一,它含有两个相当活泼的醛基和一个呋喃环,可以通过各种化学反应如氢化、氧化、聚合和水解转化为其他高附加值化学品和新的聚合物材料。综述了由5-HMF合成DFF的不同催化体系的最新进展,并对反应途径和催化剂的稳定性进行了评论,讨论了更有效的DFF生产和应用方法。
Due to the reduction of fossil resources,the synthesis of fine chemicals and fuels from renewable biomass raw materials has attracted widespread attention.2,5-Dimethyl furan(DFF)is one of the important products derived from 5-HMF via selective oxidation.DFF contains two rather reactive aldehyde groups and one furan ring,and this chemical can be converted into other high value-added chemicals and new polymer materials by using various chemical reactions,such as hydrogenation,oxidation,polymerization and hydrolysis.The latest developments in different catalytic systems for the synthesis of DFF from 5-HMF are reviewed,and the reaction pathways and catalyst stability are commented,more effective DFF production and application methods are discussed.
