摘要
以1,2-环己二胺和噻吨酮酸为原料,用邻苯二甲酸酐保护胺基,随后进行脱水缩合,再用水合肼进行胺基的脱保护来制备手性环己二胺-噻吨酮双功能光敏染料.利用质谱(MS),核磁共振光谱(^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR),紫外分光光度计和荧光分析仪对所得化合物进行结构表征和光谱分析.这种手性环已二胺-噻吨酮光敏染料兼具手性胺有机小分子催化剂和噻吨酮光敏催化剂的双重特性,光催化不对称合成反应方面有着潜在的应用价值与前景.
Using 1,2-cyclohexanediamine and thioxanthone acid as raw materials,protecting the amino group with phthalic anhydride,followed by dehydration condensation,and then deprotecting the amino group with hydrazine hydrate,the chiral cyclohexanediamine-thioxanthone bifunctional photosensitive dye was prepared.Mass spectrometry(MS),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR),ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence analyzer were used to characterize the structure and spectrum of the obtained compounds.This chiral cyclohexanediamine-thioxanthone photosensitive dye has the dual characteristics of a chiral amine organocatalyst and a thioxanthone photosensitive catalyst,and has potential application and prospects in asymmetric reactions.
