得气与气至病所是针刺治疗的关键,在古今文献中已被多方面论述。文章逐本溯源,通过《黄帝内经》、《金针赋》等经典,浅析气至病所在阴阳五行位的理解,并结合此观点,分析郑氏针法中关于气至病所的认识和运用。

The key to acupuncture treatment are arrival of Qi(气)and Qi extending affected parts.It has been discussed in many aspects in ancient and modern literature and works.This article traces its source to the source,and analyzes the understanding of the five elements of Yin and Yang(阴阳)where Qi extending affected parts through the classics such as Huangdi Neijing and Golden Needle Fu,and combines this point of view to analyze the understanding and application of qi to disease in ZHENG’s acupuncture method.
