基于“形神合一”浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎中医治疗特点

Analysis on the characteristics of TCM treatment of COVID-19 based on the unity of body and spirit

“形神合一”思想作为中医整体观念的基本理念之一,在中医防治各类临床疾病的过程中有重要的特色和优势。新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情波及全球,国内外形势依然严峻,不容懈怠。我们更要努力发挥中医“形神合一”思想指导本病临床治疗。文章论述了中医“形神合一”思想溯源及COVID-19的临床特点,探讨在该传染病临床治疗中体现的“形神合一”思想及其特点,以期更好地发挥中医在重大疫情防治方面的特色和优势,为诊疗本病开拓更广阔的思路。

As one of the basic concepts of TCM,the idea of“unity of body and spirit”has important characteristics and advantages in the process of TCM prevention and treatment of various clinical diseases.COVID-19 pandemic has affected many countries and regions around the world,and the situation at home and abroad remains grim,leaving no room for complacency.This paper discusses the origin of the idea of“unity of body and spirit”in Chinese medicine and the clinical characteristics of COVID-19,and discusses the idea and characteristics of“unity of body and spirit”reflected in the clinical treatment of this infectious disease,so as to give better play to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of major epidemics and develop a broader idea for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
