中医“治未病”思想在岭南地区预防新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用

Application of TCM“disease prevention”theory in prevention of COVID-19 in Lingnan

2019年12月以来暴发的新型冠状病毒肺炎到目前尚无特效药。未病先防,如何预防疫病发生就显得尤为重要。新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学“疫病”范畴,中医药抗疫病历史悠久且疗效确切,大量的临床实践证实,中医药对新型冠状病毒肺炎的预防、治疗具有显著的作用。文章主要通过对历代岭南地区疫病流行病学及中医药预防理论方案进行研究,再结合岭南地区气候、饮食等因素,提出适合本地区的中药口服、中药香囊、中药熏药、中药药浴、中药膳食等中医药预防方案,充分发挥中医“治未病”思想,提高群众身体素质,减少发病率,以期为岭南地区新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治提供借鉴。

There has no specific medicine for COVID-19 since December 2019.Therefore,it’s especially important to prevent disease before it occurs.The COVID-19 belongs to the category of“epidemic”in TCM.TCM has a long history of anti-plague,and the curative effect is accurate.So far,a large number of clinical practices have confirmed that TCM has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.This paper mainly studies the epidemiological and TCM prevention theories of Lingnan in the past dynasties.Then,combined with the climate,diet and other factors in the Lingnan area,a Chinese medicine prevention program such as oral administration of Chinese medicine,TCM sachets,TCM aromatherapy,TCM bath,and TCM diet is proposed.We should fully use the idea of TCM“disease prevention”,which can improve the physical fitness of the masses,and reduce the incidence of disease,with a view to providing a reference for the epidemic prevention of COVID-19.
