糖尿病肾病中医研究进展

Research progress of treating diabetic kidney disease in TCM

糖尿病肾病(Dibetic Kidney Disease,DKD)是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,其发病率高且治愈率低,严重威胁患者生命健康,影响生活质量。近年来大量研究证实,中医药治疗DKD的疗效明确,能够改善患者临床症状,延缓疾病发展,提高患者生活质量,延长患者的生存期。文章主要从DKD发病的中医病因病机及内外治疗方法等方面,揭示了近五年来中医药治疗DKD的研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考。

Diabetic kidney disease is one of the serious complications of diabetes,with high incidence and low cure rate,which seriously threatens patients’life and health and affects their quality of life.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed the clear efficacy of TCM in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,delay the development of the disease,improve the quality of life of patients,and prolong the survival period of patients.This article reveals research progress of TCM treatment of diabetic kidney disease in the recent five years mainly from the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease of TCM,internal and external treatment methods and other aspects,to provide reference for further research.
