黄连愈肤软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on treating chronic eczema with the Huanglian Yufu ointment

目的:研究黄连愈肤软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果和不良反应情况,为慢性湿疹的临床治疗工作提供依据。方法:将重庆市北碚区中医院皮肤科门诊2018年8月-2020年2月收治的70例慢性湿疹患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组使用丁酸氢化可的松软膏外擦,试验组使用黄连愈肤软膏,各使用28 d,分别于使用后7 d、14 d、28 d和停药后14 d对患者进行随访,详细记录各项指标,计算疗效和不良反应情况。比较两组患者治疗前后白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-17A(Interleukin-17A,IL-17A)以及γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,γ-IFN)水平,对其结果进行分析。结果:经过治疗28 d后,对照组与试验组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P=0.031);试验组和对照组总不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.025);治疗后试验组IL-4、IL-17、INF-γ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性湿疹患者实施黄连愈肤软膏,能有较好的临床效果,能降低患者发生各类不良反应事件的概率。

Objective:To study the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Huanglian Yufu ointment(黄连愈肤软膏)in the treatment of chronic eczema,and to provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:70 patients with chronic eczema treated in Beibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment,while the experimental group was treated with the Huanglian Yufu ointment for 28 days.The patients were followed up 7 days,14 days,28 days and 14 days after drug withdrawal respectively,and the indicators were recorded in detail,and the curative effect and adverse reactions were calculated.The levels of IL-4,IL-17A and INF-γ were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:After 28 days of treatment,the difference of total effective rate between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.629,P=0.031).There was significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.025).The levels of IL-4,IL-17A and INF-γin the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the Huanglian Yufu ointment can have better clinical effect and reduce the probability of various adverse reactions in patients with chronic eczema.
