摘要
随着神经根型颈椎病的发病率呈现快速增长的趋势及发病趋向年轻化,严重影响人们的生活质量,给社会和个人带来巨大的经济压力,该疾病已经成为当前研究的焦点。当前对神经根型颈椎病的发病机制尚不清楚,迫切需要对其病因进行分子生物水平的研究,以期找到更好的治疗方法。针对以上存在的问题,本研究拟从分子生物学和细胞生物学水平出发,结合信号传导通路,通过分析细胞自噬、凋亡对颈椎间盘退变的内在影响因素,探讨葛根素对神经根型颈椎病的神经保护作用的影响机制,以期为其临床治疗提供新思路。
As the incidence of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows a trend of rapid increase and the ages of the patients are getting younger,it seriously affects people’s quality of life and brings huge economic pressure to society and individuals.So,this disease has become the focus of current research.At present,the pathogenesis of CSR is still unclear,and it is urgent to conduct molecular and biological studies on its etiology in order to find better treatment methods.In response to the above problems,this research intends to start from the molecular biology and cell biology level,combines with signal transduction pathways,through analyzing the internal influence factors of autophagy and apoptosis on cervical disc degeneration,explores the neuroprotective mechanism of puerarin on CSR,in order to provide new ideas for its clinical treatment.
