应用丹红注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定型心绞痛的临床有效价值分析

An analysis of clinical value of treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease unstable angina pectoris with the Danhong injection plus the Naoxintong capsules

目的:探究应用丹红注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)不稳定型心绞痛的临床价值。方法:选取德州市中医院收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者68例为本次研究的观察对象,纳入时间2018年2月-2019年12月。随机分组为对照组、研究组,均展开常规对症治疗,研究组同时开展丹红注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗。对比两组冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效、疾病症状改善效果以及对心绞痛发作情况、血液流变学指标的影响。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,疾病症状(胸痛、气短、心悸、心电图异常)消失时间短于对照组,且治疗后心绞痛发作频率、心电图ST段以及心绞痛发作持续时间低于对照组,各血液流变学指标值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取丹红注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛,可有效提升临床疗效,并促疾病症状消失,同时对改善心绞痛发作情况、血液流变学指标有显著效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Danhong injection(丹红注射液)plus the Naoxintong capsules(脑心通胶囊)on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease unstable angina pectoris.Methods:68 cases were divided into the control group and the study group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the study group was given the Danhong injection plus the Naoxintong capsules more.Results:After treatment,in the study group,the total efficiency was higher than the control group;the disappearance time of disease symptoms(chest pain,shortness of breath,heart palpitations,abnormal electrocardiogram)were shorter than the control group;the frequency of angina pectoris,the ST segment of ECG and the duration of angina pectoris was lower than the control group;hemorheology index values were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Danhong injection plus the Naoxintong capsules on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease unstable angina pectoris can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and promote the disappearance of disease symptoms.At the same time,it has a significant effect on ameliorat ing patients’angina pectoris and blood rheology indexes.
