吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后肠道功能恢复的影响

Efficacy of the Wuzhuyu ointment external application at Zusanli points on intestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy

目的:探讨吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴配合单纯超声治疗对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年11月就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院的急性阑尾炎患者120例,所有患者均行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术。根据术后治疗方法,将120例患者分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组行常规足三里单纯超声治疗,试验组在此基础上加入中药吴茱萸膏剂贴敷足三里穴,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果:试验组患者的下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后第1天、第3天白细胞及中性粒细胞计数、术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、引流管拔除时间和住院天数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴可以加快腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,效果确切,值得借鉴并推广。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Wuzhuyu ointment(吴茱萸膏剂)external application at Zusanli(足三里)point on intestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:From January 2019 to November 2020,120 cases were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Zusanli ultrasound treatment.The experimental group was used the Wuzhuyu ointment externally at Zusanli points more.Results:In the experimental group,get out of bed time,recover bowel sounds time,counts of white blood cells and neutrophils on the first and third days after surgery,time of first exhaust after surgery,time of first defecation after surgery,time of remove drainage tube,and days in hospital were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuzhuyu ointment external application at Zusanli points on intestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy can speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the effect is definite,and it is worthy of promotion.
