摘要
吴瑭(字鞠通)的透邪法,以其独特的疗效备受临床关注,特别是对慢性肾病湿热蕴结型、瘀热伤络型以及气阴亏虚、湿热未尽型的疗效显著。临床上,根据不同病理变化,分别选用三仁汤、犀角地黄汤、银翘散、青蒿鳖甲汤等方剂加减治疗,均会取得满意的疗效,拓展了慢性肾病的临床治疗思路。
Clinically,WU Tang’s expelling the pathogens method was concerned because of its better curative effect,especially for chronic nephropathy with dampness,heat,blood stasis,or deficiency of both Yin(阴)and liquid.According to different syndrome types,the Sanren decoction(三仁汤),the Xijiao Dihuang decoction(犀角地黄汤),Yinqiao San(银翘散),the Qinghao Biejia decoction(青蒿鳖甲汤)and other prescriptions addition and subtraction treatments all can achieve satisfactory results,and expand the clinical treatment of chronic nephropathy.
