马进教授从“毒”论治慢性肾衰竭临床经验总结

Professor MA Jin’s clinical experience in treating chronic renal failure from“toxin”

慢性肾衰竭发生发展的病理基础是脾肾虚衰,毒邪为此病反复迁延之重要因素。毒邪性善内伏,由微及渐,或由盛而变,充斥表里,弥漫三焦,耗损正气,伤及脏腑,因实致虚;脾肾虚衰,气化泄毒废用,由虚致实,循环往复。临床治疗中马进教授以泄浊解毒补肾健脾之法祛邪扶正,疗效显著,故将马进教授从毒治疗慢性肾衰竭的经验总结如下。

The pathological basis for the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure is spleen and kidney deficiency,and toxin is an important factor in the recurrence of the disease.Pathogenic toxin is good at lurking in the body,from slight to gradual,or from fullness to change,flooding the exterior and interior,permeating the Sanjiao(三焦),depleting vital Qi(气),harming Zang-fu(脏腑)viscera,and causing deficiency due to excess.The inability to eliminate pathogenic toxin is caused,due to the deficiency of spleen and kidney,which eventually leads to repeated attacks.In clinical treatment,Professor MA Jin used the leaking turbidity,removing toxicity substance,tonifying kidney,and invigorating spleen therapy to eliminate pathogen and strengthen vital Qi,and the effect was remarkable.In this article,my teacher’s experience in treating chronic renal failure from“toxin”was summarized.
