甘草泻心汤加减联合西医常规疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of treating ulcerative colitis with the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus Western medicine

目的:系统评价甘草泻心汤加减联合西医常规疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库中公开发表的有关甘草泻心汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎的随机对照试验,采用Jadad评分对纳入的文献进行质量评价,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析,得出结论。结果:本研究纳入10篇文献共1 011例患者。Meta分析结果表明,甘草泻心汤加减联合西医常规疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎在提高总有效率及痊愈率,改善血清炎症因子水平,减少不良反应方面均优于西医常规疗法。结论:甘草泻心汤加减联合西医常规疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效优于西医常规疗法,且安全性较高。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Gancao Xiexin decoction(甘草泻心汤)plus Western medicine on ulcerative colitis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of the Gancao Xiexin decoction on ulcerative colitis published in PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang were searched.The quality of the included literature was evaluated by Jadad score,and the conclusion was obtained after a meta-analysis by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 1011 patients were included in 10 studies.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus Western medicine routine therapy on ulcerative colitis was superior to Western medicine in improving the total efficiency and cure rate,ameliorating the level of serum inflammatory factors and reducing adverse reactions.Conclusion:The efficacy of the Gancao Xiexin decoction plus Western medicine routine therapy on ulcerative colitis was better than Western medicine routine therapy,and the safety was higher.
