摘要
为了解目前天津市家庭医生服务团队建设的现状,通过对家庭医生服务团队所在的基层医疗卫生机构负责人进行问卷调查,对现有家庭医生服务团队的构成、团队数量、团队管理制度、服务能力、团队成员能力及培训需求中存在的问题进行总结,为管理者出台提升家庭医生签约服务能力的相关政策提供参考。
In order to understand the current situation of family doctor service team construction in Tianjin,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the heads of primary medical and health institutions where the family doctor service teams are located.The composition,number of teams,team management system,service ability and team member ability of the existing family doctor service teams as well as the problems existing in the training needs are summarized,so as to provide reference for managers to issue relevant policies to improve the contracted service ability of family doctors.
