Service System of Technology-based SMEs Based on“Internet plus Precision Service”

天津市科技局聚焦科技型中小企业,在组织开展“双万双服”活动,按照“创新竞进、优化结构、以质为帅、效速兼取”的要求,搭建科技型中小企业服务平台,实施全部门参与、全天候服务的分类帮扶、精准服务,以此推动创新提质、效益提升和发展提速,推动盈利企业做优、做强、做大,微利企业提质增效升级,困难企业扭亏转盈脱困,旨在深入推进供给侧结构性改革,进一步促进实体经济的发展。

Focused on technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau launched the“Double 10,000 and Double Servers”activity.According to the requirements of“innovation and competition,optimizing structure,focusing on quality,and achieving both efficiency and speed”,a service platform for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises was built to implement the classified assistance and accurate service of all sector participation and all-weather service,so as to promote innovation and quality improvement,efficiency improvement and development acceleration,promote profitable enterprises to become better,stronger and bigger,improve quality and efficiency of low profit enterprises,and make difficult enterprises turn losses into profits,aiming to further promote the supply-side structural reform and further accelerate the development of the real economy.
